Terms of Use
How you may use our resources, software licenses, and limits of responsibility.
These terms apply when you visit the Clash Download Center, read our guides, or use our download links. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, stop using it. Third-party software and services may have separate licenses or terms of service, which you must also follow.
1. Purpose and scope
We curate download links for Clash clients and the mihomo core, along with configuration guides and troubleshooting resources. This content is for educational and technical research purposes only. The site provides a directory of resources and downloads; it is not affiliated with the development teams of the open-source projects and does not provide proxy nodes, subscription services, or guaranteed network access.
Our guides are based on specific client interfaces and configuration methods. Software updates may change button names, settings behavior, and system requirements. Check the current software documentation before following a guide. Example configurations explain how settings work; they are not deployment plans for every device or network.
2. Lawful use and your responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, as well as the rules of your employer, school, or network administrator. Do not use our resources or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, cyberattacks, distributing illegal content, or infringing others’ rights.
Before enabling system proxy, TUN mode, LAN access, or similar features on managed devices or networks, obtain any required authorization. You are responsible for assessing whether your targets, subscription sources, and network services are lawful to use. The ability to connect does not mean you have permission to do so.
Subscription URLs, access tokens, and configuration files may contain sensitive information. Keep them secure. Remove credentials and personal information before sharing logs or configurations. Back up your settings before changing routing, DNS, or system permissions, and make sure you can restore your original connection.
3. Third-party software and disclaimers
The software referenced here is provided by its respective open-source projects or maintainers. Consult each project’s documentation for details about features, compatibility, maintenance, and licensing. Providing download links or information does not constitute a guarantee of third-party software, subscription services, or external websites. We do not operate or maintain them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that our resources will always be complete, accurate, or up to date, that download links will remain available, or that software will work in any particular device, system, or network environment. Before installing, upgrading, or importing a configuration, assess the risks and back up important data.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for network outages, data loss, or other losses caused by third-party software defects, configuration errors, service interruptions, or improper use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your rights under applicable law.
4. Intellectual property and open-source licenses
The names, logos, code, and documentation of Clash, mihomo, and related clients belong to their respective rights holders. We use these names and logos only to identify and describe the software. Their use does not imply authorization, partnership, or affiliation.
When using, modifying, or redistributing open-source software, follow the license included with the relevant version, retain any required copyright notices and license texts, and meet applicable obligations such as providing source code. These terms do not replace project licenses or grant rights beyond those licenses. When quoting content curated by this site, credit the source and preserve its meaning.
5. Changes to these terms and feedback
We may update these terms in response to changes in our content, the software ecosystem, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be revised. Significant changes affecting users’ rights or obligations will include a clear statement of when they take effect. Updates do not retroactively alter rights or obligations already established under applicable law.
If you run into configuration issues, start with the subscription import and connection guide, or find solutions by symptom in the troubleshooting guide. When reporting an issue, include the client, steps taken, and error details. Do not share subscription URLs, passwords, or other sensitive information publicly.
